4. Please E-mail your Artwork (please refer to the artwork sample & templates on Download page) that we can make a proof! Artwork formats and details required are explained one every Template. A maximum charge of $200 will apply for Artwork Manipulation per size, in most cases these charges will go towards your purchase; however if you decide not to place your order, these charges are NON-Refundable.
5. We will E-mail you an artwork proof within 48 hours.
6. If any changes need to be made to the artwork proof, call us at +61 (3) 9335 1528 or e-mail design@thepapercupcompany.com with the changes.
7. If the proof is correct, sign it and fax it to +61 (3) 9335 1582 , or e-mail confirmation with & attach the approved file.
8. Upon receipt of the signed artwork proof, we will invoice for payment of deposit, Maximum Lead time is 4 Weeks.
9. We gladly accept EFT, TT and cash. Cheques are accepted but the order will not be processed until the cheque clears. All payments are payable to The Paper Cup Company Pty Ltd, payment details are on all invoices.
10. Orders within Australia a 30% Deposit is due upon ordering & Balance before despatch, Export orders require a 50% Deposit & balance before despatch.
11. We will contact you when your product is ready for delivery.
12. All orders are quoted Ex-Works Tullamarine, & GST applies for all Australian orders.
